Sylwia serves as the CEO and the main visionary behind the app. She is the one who unites all the elements — the soul, heart, and eyes of SWAPP — into a coherent whole.
She oversees the direction, pace, and vision of the project, keeps it on course, and motivates the team to take action. Thanks to her determination, SWAPP was created and continues to grow.
Kasia – the soul of our app
Kasia gives SWAPP its personality. She shapes our communication, manages media activities, and ensures the community around the app keeps growing. Thanks to her,
SWAPP reaches people who are looking for more than just accommodation — they want to travel in a way that connects people.
Szymon – the eyes of SWAPP focused on growth
Szymon is constantly seeking new opportunities — talking with partners, planning expansion, analyzing markets, and testing new solutions that will help SWAPP grow.
Bartek – the heart of our technology
Bartek develops all the technical foundations of the app. He designs, implements, and optimizes solutions that make SWAPP run smoothly, intuitively, and securely.

The idea to create a Polish version of the home exchange app was born.

The first version of the app was created.

A team was formed that began working on the project.
2025
SWAPP is accepted into the acceleration project of the Puławy Technology Park. A Simple Joint-Stock Company is established.

A new, refined version of the app is launched for testing with the first users.
